Breakfast for Champs


I love to fuel my body with the amazing energy that's derived from organic nutritious foods in the morning.


My favorite breakfast is creamy goat kefir loaded with blueberries, strawberries, raisins, sprouted almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds.


This breakfast, or more accurately, morning fuel, is infused antioxidants, vitamins, potassium, calcium, protein, probiotics and essential fatty acids. It is pure indulgence for the digestive system and a wonderful way to start your day .
